I wasn't able to find the artist behind this work or the location just the person who posted it, Captain plant it. I wanted to post this because it correlates to our project by using recycled trash and utilizing living plants. I find it interesting the way this artist used the bottles as vessels to display the plants. Also, while sending an environmental message to the public.
